Hi, I’m Olga, and I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow—from leading multinational teams to running my own bakery to guiding entrepreneurs toward their first sale. Building businesses isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion.
With a background in management and marketing, I’ve worked with some of the biggest brands, including Manchester United, Cision, and Cadbury, as well as one-person startups. My true joy comes from using my education and experience to help entrepreneurs build businesses they love.
I created Business Buildery to make the business building process simpler, more accessible, and more joyful. As a recovering perfectionist, I've learned to work with myself instead of against myself. I've learned that I get more done through self-compassion rather than force. My approach is practical and evidence-based, yet soulful and compassionate. I say, if your heart is in it, you must figure out a way to make it work. Right? ;)
