Life happens. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Email us at least 10 days prior to the start of the program to transfer your enrollment. A $75 fee will apply. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact our Customer Service (hello@olgamartin.com). We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable Buildery voucher, which must be used within one year from your original Buildery program date. Some restrictions apply. A complimentary enrollment is valid for the event date listed in the electronic confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable. Once the event commences, no refunds will be given. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund. 

You have the option to upgrade to VIP package and receive two private coaching sessions with Olga and access to ongoing support via messaging where you can discuss anything and everything related to building your business.

We recommend having your first coaching session early on in the class to go over your needs and top priorities and scheduling your second session at the end of the 6 weeks to give you additional clarity and kickstart your business. Just choose VIP under packages and go through the steps.
